Welcome to **BANAZ Workspace**. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our knowledge management services, cloud connectors, and AI assistant platform ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
BANAZ CONCEPTS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us") provides enterprise workspace indexing and natural language processing. The Services are offered subject to your compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, and international laws.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Our Services allow you to connect external cloud storage repositories (e.g. Google Drive, Notion, Confluence). You warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to connect these sources and index their contents. We process all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the files and documents you connect to the Services. Company retains all rights, title, and interest in the software, algorithms, designs, logos, and features that make up the BANAZ Workspace platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BANAZ CONCEPTS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
