• Connected Data Metadata: When you connect sources (Notion, Drive, SharePoint), we build a local vector index of text content to support search queries. We do not store raw parent files; we only store semantic text vectors.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected details strictly to provision and maintain the Services. Specifically, to:

• Provide natural language search results.
• Process conversational AI assistant answers.
• Analyze system performance and optimize indexing pipelines.
• Send transactional notifications and support alerts.

3. Data Security & Isolation

All database records, indexes, and user tokens are isolated per organization tenant. We encrypt all data at rest using AES-256 standards and all data in transit via secure TLS 1.3 protocol pipelines. Connected third-party cloud tokens are securely stored in encrypted vaults.

4. Third-Party Integrations

When you authorize connections to Google, Microsoft, Slack, or Notion, our platform reads documentation using the respective APIs. We strictly adhere to the developer scopes requested and never share access tokens with external partners.

5. Your Rights & Controls

You can disconnect cloud storage repositories or request complete deletion of your indexed data at any time from your administrator dashboard. Deletion requests erase all vector parameters and credentials from our servers permanently.
